Our goal is to fill management positions with in-house specialists.
For this reason, we are constantly training apprentices that after their training also have the opportunity to take over tasks in management positions at our company. We already try to give incentives for special efforts and diligence during the apprenticeship, e.g. through higher remuneration on completion of the final apprenticeship exam with distinction.
We try to support employees who wish to undergo further training in a specific field as much as possible and to encourage them in the professional development.
